First Encounter

First Encounter is the initial meeting space between the visitor and the EliaTerre consciousness ecosystem.
During this two-hour high-frequency session, we will:
• Sense the resonance and depth of connection between our frequencies
• Explore the visitor’s deeper intentions through dialogue
• Create a preliminary “Consciousness Sketch” for the visitor
• Apply EliaTerre’s unique method of “Mirror Awareness Healing” to support initial energy clearing
and trauma soothing
• Use tools such as astrology, tarot, and oracle cards to clarify the visitor’s current challenges
• Guide meditation to facilitate energy recollection and grounding
• Provide an initial assessment on whether the visitor is suited for the Starlight Program, or offer a
short-term support plan

Booking process:
1. Choose your time slot and complete the payment.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link.
3. On the day of the session, you simply join the meeting room.

Before the session :
We recommend that you allow yourself a few quiet hours, free from work or daily distractions, and stay in a calm and private space.
As the session begins :
You may notice certain physical or emotional responses as the energy field is already opening. There is no need to worry—see this as a signal
that you are ready to step into a new chapter. Simply share your feelings with your guide when the session starts
After the session :
Give yourself permission to rest deeply, release emotions, and spend time alone if possible. Drink plenty of water.
